I started my personal training career as a certified trainer from the American Council on Exercise in 2004. It’s been an amazing journey. I’ve always had a life long love for fitness whether it’s in a gym or somewhere in the great outdoors. I’ve found that regular exercise has helped me so much in my personal and professional life.
I didn’t always have a healthy lifestyle. Years ago, I noticed my unhealthy lifestyle habits were catching up with me. That’s when I knew I had to change. Now I feel amazing! I think clearer, get better sleep, have tons of energy and best of all I’ve found that maintaining a healthy lifestyle has taught me the discipline and given me the physical ability it takes to accomplish and do things I never dreamed possible!
I’ve also had the immense pleasure of meeting wonderful and amazing people: my clients. Helping others is what I enjoy doing. I base my business on humanitarian values. I can’t do something unless it has meaning. Giving back is important to me because it reflects my values and makes this world a better place to live.
I donate a portion of my training profits to local and international charitible causes that benefit children, veterans, and humanity.
