Bodyflex is located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful historic building in Long Beach, CA. The spacious 1923 loft style space is in the heart of Belmont Heights, 2 blocks from the beach. Our unique gym features fully equipped private training rooms so our clients have the comfort and privacy to focus on their training one to one with their personal trainer without distractions.
I opened the original Bodyflex Personal Training Studio in 2006. Since then I expanded into our current space and now co-own Bodyflex Personal Training with my friend and business partner Scott Saegesser CPT/CES. Scott and I share the same vision on how we train our clients. We’re committed to our clients’ wellbeing and health and we’re focused on delivering results the right way. We prescribe only science and evidence based training and nutrition protocols. No gimmicks, fad diets or fad exercise routines. We believe in developing relationships with our clients and being a partner in their health.
I specialize in one to one personal training for weight loss, core stabilization, functional and strength training, lean muscle building and toning, post injury rehabilitation, meal planning, and training for arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, stress relief and hypertension. Most adults have had some form of injury or arthritis and the right kind of training can help minimize or eliminate pain and correct muscle dysfunction from injuries and arthritis. Aside from regular exercise, healthy nutrition habits are vital to good health and weight loss. My focus when I train clients is Lifestyle Change. I empower my clients with tools that work for them so they can change their life and develop healthy habits that stick.
I believe in being a partner in my clients’ health. Developing relationships with my clients is very important to me. I’m old fashioned in how I do business. It’s not only about giving my clients results, it’s about delivering personalized service and care, empowering my clients, and helping them find solutions so they can be successful in their health goals. After you’ve filled out your assessment form above, you’ll complete the process by paying for your sessions below. All payments are processed through PayPal for your security. We don’t accept checks or cash. For your convenience all payments will be auto-debited from your account every month on the same day you set up your payment to Bodyflex. You can opt out of auto-debit by clicking the unsubscribe button below. Unfortunately we’re not able to schedule and hold any personal training appointments until payment is received. 1 Hour Personal Training Sessions
30 Minute Personal Training Sessions
If you need to cancel your appointment we require a 24 notice or your session is automatically forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, we’ll make every effort to accommodate you, however if we can’t get you in within 7 days, you will forfeit that session. No exceptions. You will receive a bonus session if we cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Thanks for understanding, we appreciate your business!
We’re serious about your success. Consistency is crucial for faster, lasting results and achieving your goals. If you miss your training sessions due to travel or work, we’ll try to get you in to train extra days to make up for your missed days of training.
There are no refunds on personal training. All training sessions will be forfeited if the client is absent for 2 weeks or longer without notifying their trainer. No exceptions.
If you need to take a hiatus from training and you still have sessions left, let us know and we’ll hold your sessions for you for 3 months. After 3 months we can no longer hold your sessions for you and they are forfeit.
Nutrition Consulting and Meal Plans
Do you need dietary help with losing weight, building lean muscle or do you have dietary restrictions due to health issues? I can design a customized meal plan for you that will get you to your goals. My meal plans are easy to follow and straightforward. They come with a grocery list and helpful dietary handouts. Rates: $1,200 for each 7 day custom meal plan based on 5-6 meals per day.
